Cuddle Therapy
Platonic, Consent-Based Therapeutic Touch
Cuddle therapy is exactly what it sounds like, and nothing more than that: comfortable, friendly, fully clothed human contact in a safe and structured setting. A session might look like sitting side by side, resting your head on a shoulder, holding hands, or a long simple hug — whatever feels genuinely comfortable to you.
Touch is a basic human need, and many people go long stretches without any that is warm and unhurried. Living alone, grieving, going through a divorce, working remotely, or simply being out of practice can all leave a real gap. Cuddle therapy offers that comfort directly, without requiring a relationship or an explanation.
Boundaries & Consent
Every session is strictly platonic and entirely non-sexual. Both people stay fully clothed the whole time, and nothing happens without a clear yes. We talk through what you are and are not comfortable with before we begin, and you can change your mind, adjust, or stop at any point — no explanation needed, no awkwardness. Your comfort sets the pace from beginning to end.
What a Session Looks Like
- We start by talking — what you are hoping for, what feels good, and what is off the table. Nothing is assumed.
- You stay fully clothed and choose the positions. Sitting, side by side, a hug, hand-holding, or simply being in the same quiet room are all valid choices.
- You can talk the whole time, or not at all. Some people process out loud, others just want the quiet.
- You can pause, shift, or end the session whenever you want.
Many people finish a session feeling calmer and lighter, the way a long hug from an old friend can reset a hard day. If you are curious but unsure, that is a completely normal place to start from — questions are welcome before you book anything.
